During the holiday season, it’s easy get out of shape and not feel at your physical best. We welcome all, beginners to advanced, to join our Cardio Kickboxing classes.
Moms: Bring in your kids for the 5:15 pm class and try out our Women’s Kicboxing class while you’re in the gym!
Our class techniques are derived from the martial art form called Muay Thai. This involves kickboxing techniques targeted to enhance levels of cardio fitness and help lean out muscle tone.
Ideal for those looking to get into better physical shape, it involves training with coaches on Thai Pads, focus mitts, and heavy bag. Focus mitts are specific to training a one’s hand speed, punch combinations, timing, punching power, defense, and counter-punching and may also be used to practice elbow strikes. Heavy bag training is a conditioning and power exercise reinforcing techniques practiced on the pads.
